Deposit, Refund and Payment Policy
​To honor the time, energy, and care that go into our services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit allows us to begin preparations on your behalf and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due at the time of capsule delivery. Because every body is unique and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, refunds are not available after the capsules have been delivered.

If, for any reason, encapsulation or any additional services are unable to be provided, the second payment will not be collected. In these rare situations, we aim to move forward with understanding, transparency, and respect for your experience.
